Why we do what we do turns out to be heavily influenced by our biochemistry. The truth is everything about us is biochemical.
I know many disagree with this but that’s the way I see it. But we need not get into philosophical arguments. Whatever else there is out there we can still focus on the here and now.
We can all agree that if a boulder falls from 100 feet it will crush a passing car under it.
There can be all kinds of discussions about why the bolder fell at that moment and why did the people in the car die etc.
Information in this video is the nuts and bolts of how we can help maintain our sanity simply by moderately moving our bodies.

I always like to give credit where it is due and I’ve been following Dr. Seheult for well over a year. I think he is one of the best sources of general medical information there is, if not, the best right now.
Again, the information is simple and straightforward. I think you will be pleasantly surprised about how accessible improved mental and physical health is.
Much of what I do is a daily exploration of how our psychology comes out of our physical body.
I have not had time to read the articles yet.
The summation is: move your body moderately and your affects/emotions will I appreciate it.
It strikes me that this is one of the most important messages we can get across to people.

I will leave for another time the question of, once we know this information, why we can’t, so much of the time, bring ourselves to practice it.
